- Whitney Houston's "Saving All My Love for You" #1 in UK on 8th december '85
- Shakin's Stevens' "Merry Christmas Everyone" #1 in UK on 22d december '85
- Pet Shop Boys' "West End Girls" #1 in UK on 5th january '86
Anyway, I'm confident, we'll have other opportunities to talk about those artists during the year to come...
And what about US charts? Well, Lionel Richie's "Say You, Say Me" reached the top position on 15th december '85 but he kept that place up to february '86!!! So, I still have "plenty" of time to talk about that smashing hit! ;-)
